Introduction

Director of Design & Program Management

AI-assisted build has outrun legacy design workflows. I close that gap with vibe coding, vibe designing, and Agile finally delivering on a 25-year-old promise. Designers keep waiting for a seat at the top table. Design engineers already took one.

About Me

Biography

A decade leading design operations at enterprise scale: directing 39 people across regions and embedding UX strategy into the business roadmap at Johnson Controls and SwissRe. Mature design systems and KPI frameworks only take you so far. Real parity with engineering comes from AI-native workflows, vibe coding, and vibe designing. That is what I build now.
